We are seeking a committed and experienced Sales Coordinator to join their existing team, in our Head Office in Elland, West Yorkshire.
This exciting opportunity involves coordinating customer orders and ensuring seamless communication between internal departments and clients. The primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction, assist with the sales process, and help propel business growth to achieve or exceed budget targets.

The role:
As a Sales Coordinator, your role will be crucial in supporting the Sales Director in all aspects of sales coordination. You will be responsible for engaging in telephone sales calls with prospective customers, discovering new business leads through various channels as well as dealing with inbound sales opportunities.
Engage in telephone sales calls with prospective customers.
Discover new business leads using various means including utilising existing database, internet & social media.
Nurture positive relationships with new and existing clients.
Coordinate order processing, collaborating closely with operations and logistics teams.
Assist in generating sales reports, tracking KPIs, and analysing sales performance.
Identify and propose improvements to enhance the sales coordination and customer service
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Sales Coordinator position brings along 2+ years of experience in a similar role. Your enthusiasm for propelling sales forward coupled with your ability to work under pressure makes you stand out. Your focus on customer service combined with your excellent verbal and written communication skills enables you to effectively manage client relationships.
Your strong organisational abilities are complemented by your good mathematical skills. As a good listener, you can work independently as well as part of a team. Lastly, your organisational skills coupled with your ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks effectively make you an ideal candidate for this role.
