The first Cruise Conversations Live Event unites the leading lights from cruise lines and design studios to explore the cruise interiors and hospitality industry’s future trends and current issues. Cruise Conversations Live will take place 10–11 November in the heart of cruise, Miami Florida, at the first reunion of the global cruise interiors and hospitality supply chain. The speakers will bring unique expertise from cruise lines, design studios and the most innovative suppliers.
On day one, the star-studded keynote speech Design Leadership: We are One Cruise Industry will feature, among others, Greg Walton, Studio DADO and Petu Kummula, Carnival Cruise Line, who will be exploring how challenging times can create opportunity for collaboration and innovation.
Interiors meets hospitality design at the forward-looking sessions Innovating the Digital Customer Experience, Interpreting Guest Behaviours to Design Better Interiors and What Does the Future of Hospitality and Service Design Look Like? Speakers, including Alexander Zeitz, Virgin Voyages and George Scammell, ASID, IIDA, Holland America Group, dive into data, wearable tech, measuring guest experience and anticipating guest behaviours.
Day two of Cruise Conversations Live sees the biggest conversation in cruise interiors taking place on the main stage – The Business Case for Sustainability. Benchmark your business’s sustainability track record and discover applicable, practical ways to improve your sustainability and get specified. Speakers leading the session include My Nguyen, Holland America Group and Bergen Hubert, of the sustainability certification institute, Cradle to Cradle Products Innovation Institute.
