BCFA appoint spectacular venue for the Northern Dinner 2020

The BCFA have discovered an enchanting, picturesque event location to use for 2020. We are thrilled to notify our members and their clients that Halle’s St Peter (Manchester) has been chosen for our annual Northern Dinner on the 10th September 2020.

This is a significant and special development for our 50th Anniversary and we hope to make it our new home for our Northern Dinner as it is a very special venue.

Located in the heart of the vibrant city of Manchester, the Victorian building is part of the local community and hard to miss. The venue is close to Manchester Piccadilly with a range of car parks nearby. The historic building has a rich history, dating back to the Victorian epoch when it was first constructed in 1858. Nonetheless, the historic building has been continuously renovated over the years for public use; recently having a refurbishment in 2018, worth an astounding 4.3 million. The multimillion pound revamp subsequently has created a space that is elegant & flexible for entertainment purposes.

The multimillion pound investment also helped provide a new home for the Halle’s rehearsals & recordings, it’s choir and Youth Orchestra. The stunning three-storey extension to the Oglesby Centre, where the our drinks reception will be held looks exceptionally beautiful.

The grand interior consists of high ceilings that create impressive, show-stopping backdrops to meetings and events whilst also entailing impressive details. The BCFA is looking forward to inviting our members and their guests to a location that embodies an abundant of grandness due to the original architecture, whilst still welcoming a modern and luxurious interior that can hold over 200 guests.

The venue not only provides a wonderful setting for events; it also offers outstanding hospitality services with the Halle Kitchen, Café Restaurant and Bar catering for events. All dishes are served with style and “savoir-faire” as the venue’s catering team relentlessly strives for the highest standards in its presentation and preparation of food, whilst adhering to thematic concepts, cuisine details and requirements of protocol.

This will be one of the first events to be held at the reopened Halle’s St Peters so designers will be keen to have a sneak peak at the interior – especially as it has the space for a great party.
