The Expo 2020 Dubai site is rapidly taking shape. Iconic locations such as Al Wasl Plaza, the Mobility and Sustainability Pavilions and other major works are on track and due to be completed by October 2019, a year before the opening on 20 October, 2020. With 190 international participants, the first World Expo in the Middle East region is expected to attract 25 million visits during the six months of the event.
To date, UK companies have been very successful winning work and demonstrating the quality of our creative industries offer. There is still much to go after but this is a reminder that you will need to register on the Expo 2020 Procurement Portal at https://omp.expo2020dubai.com/
This online marketplace replaces the old Expo 2020 portal (and companies have not been automatically transferred across) so you do need to (re)register if you have not done so already.
It should only take about 30 minutes to register your company but this will mean you can keep up to date with Expo 2020 related procurement opportunities.
